Coastal Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics is pleased to share that one of our amazing doctors, Dr. Jordan Buzzell, is a participant in the DOD SkillBridge Program at our Santee, CA, office.
Having served six years in the United States Navy, Dr. Buzz is a proud veteran that is eager to aid other military members in their transition to civilian life. This program was designed to assist active duty personnel, giving them the opportunity to gain experience in civilian work, thereby easing the transition to real-world jobs after their service ends.
Dr. Buzz intends to be a part of aiding these members in receiving valuable experience during their last 180 days of service. Military members benefit from this experience by being able to gain a better understanding of their future career goals and interests.
Our Santee, CA office has been pleased to accept its first intern in December of 2021 and is looking forward to receiving more applicants in the future. As a resource to help departing military members prepare for the future, it is our pleasure to welcome them to our practice.
